How we work with you..

The below gives an idea of the typical process we go through with our clients to get the website to live status. The description is fairly detailed and many jobs will be simpler to run through.

    1.0 Working deposit

    Client signs Project Estimate and pays 25% deposit. (progress payments are invoiced periodically) The project is added to our job schedule and the client is informed of the start date. We supply a draft of the Site Map.

    2.0 Site Map

    As per discussions with Client we create and provide a Site Map with all pages required in site including hidden/protected or SEO content pages and SEO silo pages.

    2.1 Site Map variations

    Requested changes to the Site Map & additional items or tasks not covered by the Project Estimate are costed & recorded.

  • Connector.

    2.2 Site Map sign-off

    The Client signs off the Site Map including hidden/protected or SEO content pages and silo pages.

    3.0 Style guide

    Client confirms and supplies, where possible, colour palette, graphic assets, logos, fonts & font sizes to be used.

    4.0 Draft design

    We provide draft layouts & designs for landing/splash page, sub pages, hidden/protected pages and SEO pages.

    Changes to the site design are noted & additional items or tasks not covered by the Project Estimate are costed & recorded.

    5.0 Client content

    Client selects & supplies text & images for all pages & specifies images for galleries.

    Changes and additional items or tasks not covered by the Project Estimate are costed & recorded.

    6.0 Design amendments

    Client provides feedback on completed site design amendments as per the Project Fee Estimate.

    Client signs off completion of final site design.

    Client does a final proof-read of the website & provides final minor amendments or corrections.

    Client signs off completion of final content & design.

    8.0 Beta testing

    The website is tested for functionalty, navigation, final proof-read, and broken links.

    8.2 Project sign-off

    Client signs off completion of final content & design.

  • Connector.

    9.0 Final payment

    Client makes final payment prior to the website going live.

  • 10. Go Live!

    The completed website is migrated to it’s live address.
